@dragon_rider U can eliminate Punjab Haryana easily. Between Western UP and MP:
West UP must have influence of Punjab Haryana vis-a-vis Eastern UP close to Bihar and Jharkhand which is time and again affected by Floods.
Coming to MP, looking at income based schemes and Better MSP programmes it would be difficult to eliminate but topography( rift Valley),soil type, Large area will have low per hectare productivity.
Productivity also includes pricing and marketing. comparing location of Western UP and MP, the former will have better edge.
Can someone explain why MP is not considered to be one of the highest agricultural productivity area?

Is Disinvestment fund placed in Consolidated fund? I know it goes to National Investment Fund but where is that located if asked in exam
