Bale: “Going into the Euros I wanted to be match-fit. The original plan was to do a season at Spurs and after the Euros still have a year left at Real Madrid.
“My plan is to go back, that’s as far I have planned.”

UPDATE
“Obviously, going into next season, legally my contract says I have to go back to Real Madrid, which is what I stated, which I don't think is being disrespectful to anybody. That's legally what I have to do.
Real Madrid are I guess my parent club and as far as I agreed I was on Tottenham on loan until the end of the season and I go back. That's the plan so far.”
Meunier on Hazard’s spate of injuries:
"So now you no longer see the messages that say that every injury to Hazard is Meunier's fault?" they ask him in the Belgian media. The former PSG pulled irony to respond: "Yes, that's it, I went to train with Madrid last week and I made a great entry to Hazard again."
IT IS HAPPENING

"What is the point of a boycott? Will working conditions then change decisively? I think no," said Kroos. He believes that the World Cup draws"great attention" to the existing problems, which can "perhaps" push for improvements.
Kroos announced that he would raise his voice even during the highly controversial Winter World Cup in the emirate. Football can and must draw extreme attention to the problems, again and again. Maybe also in advance or during such a tournament." However, the conditions are "not only because of the World Cup" as they are, which is an argument against the boycott. This is discussed "far too late" anyway, the "wrong" award was "ten years ago". Since then, according to the report of the English "Guardian", thousands of people have died on World Cup-relevant construction sites.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT | JUAN CALA, WE DON'T BELIEVE YOU
Valencia CF are deeply saddened by statements made by Cádiz CF player Juan Cala this Tuesday, in which 48 hours later, he denied racially insulting Mouctar Diakhaby during the LaLiga match played last Sunday at the Ramón de Carranza. Cala has missed a great opportunity to accept his mistake and apologise to the player affected. Instead of doing this, he attacked both Diakhaby and other members of Valencia CF. Valencia CF wish to reiterate that we believe our player and back him completely. After the threats made by Cala in his press conference this Tuesday, April 6th, the Club, president Anil Murthy and Mouctar Diakhaby himself remain firm in the conviction to fight to the end, wherever necessary, on the matter for the good of football and society. Valencia CF will not stop fighting for an improvement in protocol and in the battle against racism in football.
Jurgen Klopp hopes Super League 'will never happen'
Waiting for his next press conference. I hope he doesn't change his stance now.
No one is going to watch these matches if these clubs get banned from the National leagues
UEFA had already issued a scathing statement before the announcement that they will be banned and still they moved forward and announced the ESL. The clubs have even shown their intent to participate in the national tournament. Now god only knows what is cooking! A closed league with no relegation seriously? How fragile can a football club be to make such a format!
@GravityShades Chelsea, Liverpool, Spurs, Arsenal are all outside top 4 at the moment. Juventus is 4th in Serie A. Barca and Real are struggling with debt. It's clear why they are doing it. Only the stadium going fans can do something about it now.
Yes voting is still pending for RM & Barca. General mood is that ESL will liberate Barca from clutches of Spain. They are often threatened of being thrown out of La Liga etc if they push for the Catalonia demand. ESL makes all these threats irrelevant.
As far as RM is concerned, well Papa Perez knows how to deal with the socios!
