FINALLY! thanks@AzadHindFauz !
Hala Madrid Y Nada Mas!
@SergioRamos Welcome back from the injury! Will the El Capitano lead Madrid to title glory? :D
Will sound way optimistic, but our only shot is UCL, because a fully fit Real Madrid is still a force to reckon with. League requires consistency, and that we do not have with so many injuries!
@SergioRamos mate Pep bottled it with the lineup. When I saw the team sheet the first thought was: who’s going to protect that back 4. Pep was too adventurous with such an attacking lineup, definitely hasn’t learnt his lessons when he’s done the same thing in earlier knockout games, experimenting at this stage.Chelsea were perfect tonight, Kante is a baller and Tuchel is a superb conductor, got the team to play with absolute perfection like his orchestra.
It is high time we call it being outwitted rather than Pep being called an overthinker. I agree a DM could have done better.
Questions need to be asked to Guardiola now. A Decade without CL and with the resources he had is inexcusable.
@SergioRamos I completely agree that he got outwitted in every dimension. My DM fear was just that if City concede first, which they did, they wouldn’t be able to break down Chelsea. They don’t have a proper striker, everyone knows Kante wouldn’t let Foden or KdB have the ball in the middle, Chelsea defend with 2 on the flank so nearly zero chance for any overlapping runs from City’s wingers. I’d still say that with more defensive stability, City would have had more chance at winning because then you’re also not letting Chelsea score. Pep’s whole game plan relied on them getting the first goal and it failed.Pehle people used to say he can’t win a CL without Messi and I just laughed it out but now after seeing his teams bottle it again and again despite him signing the best players that he wants, I just consider other managers to be tactically better because they’re doing it with fewer resources.
I agree. Kante and Mount's ball recovery was superb, did not even allow Gundo or Silva in the game. Also, a special mention for Reece James, played too good. Had Timo Werner been a bit more clinical, it would've been embarrassing for Pep for sure.
And, other managers are better. Tiki-Taka Triangles and hexagons are all good and work in the leagues as the majority of opponents are relatively weak. The reason why Pep gets away in the league(That too not very often) is most of the time due to having two playing XI. A deeper squad directly increases your chances of winning the league. Beating them down with money, if you will.
He is a great manager, but he cannot be the best if he has not won a UCL with all those resources in a fucking DECADE.
I liked Netherlands last year. Then Koeman left. And Van Dijk got injured. Suddenly they're looking clueless.
Personally, I'll be watching as a true neutral this time. Trying to enjoy the games fully.
Btw, are you all going to watch the matches? Or are you holding back to not mess with your preparation?
Will be cautious with the 9:30 pm or late fixtures. Rest will try to watch!
Who are you rooting for in Euro 2020?
I'll be rooting for France and Bukayo Saka :p
FRANCE! Only because the ultimate drip king has returned to replace the go-kart!

France have a world-class striker who's won the CL this season but I'm sure Big Benz will provide decent backup :P
I see a bait, but I do not fall for one! XD
@AzadHindFauz Italy
their team is pretty solid with good manager
plus they are also not under media spotlight so i think they might surprise many
They have a comparatively easy group too. If Verratti and Barella are able to replicate their club performances, Italy are going to do a surprise run like Croatia in WC2018.
@SergioRamos Come to United!
You guys want Varane too. Sena khadi karni hai kya? :P
Two teams that have exceeded the expectations so far in Euro are the Netherlands and Italy (especially Italy; might even see a repeat of 2012) and probably the most underwhelming team have been English (with all the hype). Why is Southgate not giving Sancho, Grealish, etc a good run?@AzadHindFauz @Jurgen_klopp @babu_bisleri @SergioRamos
Yeh brilliant logic southgate ka meri samajh ke to bahar hai.
England are woefully underperforming and it is down to Coach's stubbornness. Idk what system is he trying to implement. Even Kane looks isolated at times.
@SergioRamos They might still all go through
All?
@Jurgen_klopp FFP rules have been useless from the beginning. How come Barca and Real are burried in $1 billion of debt if they have been compliant with FFP all these years?
@SergioRamos Cap on wages and transfers can be placed even without the Super League. That can't be the only reason to have a Super League.
How will be the cap placed? I mean FFP is in Shambles. These clubs are getting financing while other giants are struggling.
@SergioRamos is going to beat the crap out of people who foul Neymar! :P
