Will taking soft approach work in administration( picked up from my earlier response)( i said it differs case to case basis ) then she asked about law and order situations ( i said in law and order situations also first police make appeal to stop the ruckus is situation seemingly goes out of hand than forceful means are used) then she summarized that you would use soft approach while dealing with social issues and forceful means while dealing with law and order situation ( i stood my ground saying that and in social issues behavioural change will be useful which needs a soft approach)
