Nice answer format- Intro- Recommendations- Consequences.
The intro is good, but could have some stronger emphasis what your opinion on the report is/ how it will have an impact on the ethics of sports. You can say in the light of emerging fields of Hockey league. Kabadi league and Foobtal league, this kind of Judicial activism is essential to enforce much needed regulation and can act as template for sports administration .
In the body of the answer one main point needs elaboration. the recommendation on legalising betting. This is a matter to be dealt with in the conclusion saying it needs a thorough review as it can have adverse effects on public by legalising betting, in a sport in which youth engage in from primary school. This can have a negative impact on values of society.
Please note that a conclusion is must in any answer. Here the question asked how it will impact the sports ethic in the country. A short conclusion saying, it sets a strong example that nothing is too big to escape the law. and SC set a right example in disciplining the sports authority. It will have a positive impact on the whole sports fraternity with wider impact on other organisations like Badmintion Association (not sure), etc which have been also notorious in sports management.
