1. The prosperity which World War 1 brought to US, also became the very reason for the great depression of 1929. Discuss. Also, highlight it’s global impact.

2. Treaty of Versailles was supposed to bring stability, but it brought another war. Discuss.

3. Comparisons of the fascist regime of Italy with the nationalist socialist regime of Germany is inevitable. The similarities are obvious, but there are differences which are worth mentioning.” Comment.

4. The rise of nationalism post world war II in European colonies was one of the major major reason behind decolonization. Critically Analyse.

5. World War II was not only a war among militaries but also a ‘Total War’. Comment 

6. Discuss the various factors that give rise to the cold war towards the end of World War II. Also, outline the reasons for the thaw in cold war after 1953. 

7. Berlin Crisis and division of Germany in 1950s show that the cold war merely extend the imperial rivalries to a new realm. Discuss.

    search online for nios book for world history. after reading that you will be able to answer all the questions mentioned above.

    And in case you are not giving Mains this year or have not yet read the basic books, then you should read NCERTs or other relevant books before attempting these.

    Please read the post on this initiative. It says a compilation will be made. And why would vision have handouts for these? This is by ForumIAS.

    does vision ias have handouts for these topics? can i find any comprehensive source/book to answer all these questions apart from goggle search?
