see you are assuming too much
first upsc doesnt give such statements…read wt is asked understand and answer simply saying future is very uncertain esp in economic terms you dont know slow down ho jae or crash like recent case of china.there are many instruments to insure future transactions so its really not that predictable we cannot assume so much based on speculation that it might export and all that cycle the value of currency can never be determinedsecond if a country is fully using its resources even then its not necessary it will export in that proportion like china is now concentration on tapping domestic demand rather than depending on export as it had to pay a heavy price recently due to export oriented growth
conclusion-economics is not about assuming so much and upsc too doesnt give such statements for eco just understand the concept and answer,dont apply your imaginations it can be dangerous

Thank you so much for entertaining the query. But if the country is fully tapping it economic in term of it resources, technology and human resource than it would increase its export => inflow of foreign currency, stronger forex reserve => stronger domestic currency => competitive price in international market. Let us consider India and China example. Please do correct if you see something wrong here.

The 4th statement is “Economic potential of the country in question” which means that the potential of a nation for economic development and growth and creation of surplus value which means that available resources have not yet been tapped and fully developed or exploited, possibly because of missing infrastructure.
so this cant determine the price of any currency in international market.

Yaar ek baat bolu….main ne abhi tak koi tes series join nhi ki…aur shayad kar bhi nahi paunga…..ek MCQs ki book hai use bana rha hoon aur iske alawa civilsdaily, forumias aur Insights ke quiz ko revise kar rha hoon….. Notes revise karna alag se hai…..so burden mat lo…..There are infinite number of questions that can be formed for any exam…we have also a limitation…so jitna parho bas achche se parho…..Base strong hona chahiye….Baaki ki tension upar wale per chhor do…..He is the greatest jury and will surely justice with all of us……Mehnat kabhi bekaar nhi jaati…..We all hope for the best in exam….

Look….I truly say, I dont run for subjects, report, notes and so on…. I follow civilsdaily, Insights and forumIAS for materials. What they provide on daily basis, I just read it. In addition, I am revising the past editorials and mains 2017 mock test QA of forum. Trying to build my thoughts. Mera ye sochna hai ke kam parho but achche se parho…So following it. Iske alala optional bhi to hai aur PT ka tension alag se. So 24 hrs bhi kam parta hai itne me hi.
