One thing i would like to say Jyoti… Your confidence is really commendable… But use it in ur studies… Don’t show it to the world on day to day basis… Don’t take my words otherwise… I have been following this thread and have come across ur numerous statements like this one… I think u are really resolute to crack this exam… And i believe that u’ll surely get through this exam… Just have a little bit of patience and maintain anonymity of your confidence and apply it at right time and right place..

Rajya sabha acts as representative of states, so it’s abolishment would mount to damage or rather destruction of federal structure. -

Basic structure doesn’t mean all states must follow it. Judicial review is a basic structure but doesn’t apply everywhere, always.

Bhai aisa hai ke common sense to yahi kahta hai ke bicarmelism is basic structure. Actually ForumIAS ne woh sab points diye hain jinka interpretation Supreme court ne kiya hai whenever related issue has come to it. So, again kabhi aisa sunne ko mila ke Lok sabha has passed a bill to shutdown the Rajya sabaha forever, then “bicarmelism is a basic structure of consitution” sunne ko mil jayega under the ruling of Supreme court ……..

mujhe yaad hai woh din jab UPSC ke saare subjects aise lagte the jaise aliens ho….mind aise repel karta tha jaise group A wale blood ko Group B wala blood charha diya ho….Afterall, is duniya me aane ke baad kabhi nhi parha yeh sab…..UPSC me aaya to jana ke fundamental right jaisa koi chiz bhi hota hai, India me 7 UTs hain…and so on…..I mean basic was zero….but by the grace of GOD, atleast I have been an awakened citizen….so keep learning……

Q1, 3 &4 are basic questions. Q 2 was tricky while Q5 was based on the broad knowledge. I also did wrong with Q5. Q2 me kuchh kuchh yaad tha so guess sahi hua. You wrong in those questions means you are missing basics Jyoti…..Thora basic sahi kar logi to result achcha ho jayega…..And I know you will do….Anyway, we r with you always…..My position was also the same as you earlier….so can understand the pain. Keep learning and smile….U r tough lady and must go through…surely….
