VP and Dy. Chairman shares similar relations in Rajya sabha …Dy. Chairman is not subordinate to VP…he is responsible to the Rajya sabha.
President doesnt preside over any House …so i dont think any similar relation exists

Dy. Speaker is not subordinate to Speaker….he is responsible to the House , both are MPs…..only difference is speaker presides over Lok sabha and has more power . But in absence of Speaker, Dy. Speaker takes charge of the Speaker.

They are extra constitutional but of 2 types – Permanent and Ad-hoc . Since option1 doesnt say about Ad-hoc , it is incorrect
