I too thought that it cannot be traded in physical form.

and that explains why I couldn’t mark the answer correct.

Each Casascius Bitcoin is a collectible coin backed by real Bitcoins embedded inside. Each piece has its own Bitcoin address and a redeemable “private key” on the inside, underneath the hologram.

    Hope It helped 🙂

I also think that the answer should have been 1 and 2 and not all of the above. and the latter appears to be not correct to me. 🙂

However, this website ( https://www.casascius.com/ ) is in favour of third option and that makes the QUESTION and ANSWER to be right.

  30. This is a virtual currency and illehal in india

I am presenting my logic without any authentic source here. It may/may not help.

Bitcoin is not a feat currency — Not recognised by our RBI and several other Central Banks of the world.

But, it can be traded in by people who want to.

Recently a Bitcoin startup has started in India. Had it been illegal to trade in it, it would have got the govt.’s sanction but still is operating without any problem. It’s website http://www.indiabitcoin.com/indian-bitcoin-startups-get-to-know-the-disruptors-techstory/

Thus, it is not ILLEGAL in India.

  32. How BitCoin could be legal in India ? It is not yet given licence or recognition by the GoI .. Please clarify @admin
