It can be said that Indian constitution is not made in 2 years 11months days but it’s the cosolidated in these days of what happened in passed centuries in the world.

Its never about 100 questions. In the end it narrows down to 4-5 questions, which will decide our fate. And thats where perseverance and mental strength comes into picture. Well said bro !!
bhai process main hoon – if I make them, will share !!!
humara bhi ye hi haal hai…parantu aap k vicharo ne hume bahut protsahit kiya…uske liye koti koti aabhaar…:D
kaa pata……sab aise hi chal raha hai majak majak me 😛 😀 😛
yes I also went through this thought process..after the prelims..
developing an extra ordinary sense that’s true…:)..:)..
thanks again..kaisi hai aap ki tayari jeet ki..? 😀
You know this is the reason I failed in Pre 2016. The most important thing is to use our brain and common sense while attempting these questions.
I was going through pre 2016 paper few days ago and thought that what happened to me in the exam? How can I mark wrong such easy questions? Options were so stupid that even an average guy, without any attained knowledge, can guess the answer.
So this is it. Knowledge is okey. Yeah! we need that but developing an extra ordinary common sense is the key to this exam and it will take time. Try attempting questions without a prior reading of the syllabus and check how well you are performing just using your brain.
Trust me my friend. It will work.
yaa I also say the same thing at the end when my scores are not good..
but sometimes I commit such a silly mistake…at that point of time I feel like I am not made for this exam..
thanks for addressing this query Aniruddh..:)
Ohh okay..haan that could be another way to memorise any topic well..i will try to apply this method while readinh and solving ques..thanks ??
Sorry I mean to say LOGIC .
Kuch bhi altu faltu logic .
Q2 ) CAG, SFC, reports to dekhanihi padegi – to politicize any issue.
Q3) in state HC is father ( patriarchal society ) so every decision should go through his eyes.
What I want to say is while reading… first think what can be there in concern topic ( think differently ) and then read . it will help you remember things in a different way …..in your way….in your dimension ( if you like to watch SciFi movies.. )
Hope it helps.

It is ok if we do not score good in tests and quizzes. At the end of the day what matters is that how much you learn.
Attempt as many questions as possible. The objective is to learn. There is nothing to worry about.
Just keep learning.
Please let me know in case of any other query.

Constitutional bodies and statutory bodies – ek chart bana lo thumb of rule ka and then exceptions ka – then keep on revising them – you will get all of them wrong
Oh good will keep that in mind so only CAG ya any more exceptions, i hate exceptions in polity dimaag ka dhai kardete hain
Hahaha…….
Thoda alag dimension se socho aur padhke dekho.
At least it worked for me.
Now I’m able to remember more things than before. 🙂

There is a point ( last point ) mentioned in lakshmikanth under title – equality of Legislative assembly and council 🙂 Maine tukka lagaya ki nhi karte honge – isliye bola maine forumias ne chunkar us topic par question diye jo normally we will take for granted 🙂
Haha. Good one .
Yet, Great job done.
keep it up Ms.:-)
Constitution makers were so confused between parliament and president that they finally relied on inky pinky ponky. And we do similar thing in polity questions. Certain things in polity are completely out of logic and if someone finds any logic in upsc one please share. :p
True .waise spsc wagera me assembly aur council ka role mentioned h kya laxmi me . Mene tukka lagaya ki dono hi karte honge approve
Jitni bhi constitutional bodies hain – most of their service conditions are determined by President / (Governor in case of SPSC, Advocate general)- so thumb rule le sakti ho EXCEPT CAG – jiski Parliament decide karta hai
4/5 UPSC service conditions are determined by president , ouch i thought it was parliament
waise bhi mera to raat ke 9 baje ke baad dimag kaam karna band kar deta hai…to aise hi ghatiya number aate hain
hahahahaha…moh maya hai,,,,;D
hahaha – Mere last 2 sahi hue – I knew with conviction only those two !!!

Thanks…!! Yahin Galti hua tha…Mere Dimaag mei supreme court supreme court chal rahaa tha…thanks bhaii..aaz pakke waala ratta lagaunga iska toh…future mei galti na ho. 🙂
Polity ko to yaar baar baar revise karna hi padega – human mind not so powerful enough to remember each and every minute fact for so long. Today’s quizzes consisted of very minute facts, which requires intensive reading and practice. That’s why I would rate today’s quiz as one of the best.
Additional fact regarding Question no. 3 –
RPA 1951 gives High Court original jurisdiction on ”Disputes relating to the election of members of Parliament and state legislatures” and enabled HC to declare the election void if a disqualified candidate is elected. SC holds appelate jurisdiction related to election disputes to Parliament.
CONSTITUTION lays down no procedure to declare the election of MP or MLA void.
In case of election of President and Vice President, disputes are adjudicated by Supreme Court.
😀
Congrats……( Saat dinn, Polity inn) ….!! 🙂
Haha. This consoles a little . BTW I too have been reading for that while 😀
And we have been reading it since last 1.5 years….still 2/5 !! 🙂
Not really , more so because I have been studying polity for a week now .
