    SC ruled out and said when presiding officer invoking the anti-defection law..working as a tribunal thus tribunal comes under judicial review..clearly written in Polity by laxkshmikant ,,answer 1- B

    1. A/B ( This is some doubt regarding this defection issue. The constitution says.. the decision of the speaker is final. But discussion and debates from some former judges and senior advocate/lawyer, it is said that while deciding the issue of defection, the speaker acts as a tribunal and hence it is open to judicial review. Given this, Here in this question, the answer can’t be C (both) as the two lines are in contrast to each other
