The Online Applications can be filled up to 17th March, 2017 till 18.00 Hours. The eligible candidates shall be issued an e-Admit Card three weeks before the commencement of the examination. The e-Admit Card will be made available in the UPSC website [www.upsc.gov.in] for downloading by candidates.

So far in part 1, it has only solicited choice of center for mains not for prelims.
Before proceeding i would like to clear my doubts.

yes I know it. But I thought of the intake after preliminary this time . Last time, almost 16000 got cleared for the total number of vacancies of 1079. In 2014 exam, there were more than 1200 vacancies and intake of prelims that year was beyond 16000. But thought of intake of this year. Intake after preliminary will come down this time. That made me so tensed.

Bhai tension kyun le rahe ho (why so worried) some 10 to 15 years back there were only 300 to 400 vacancies still seats were filled by humans not aliens right. Don’t worry prepare well you got time. give your 100% rest leave it.
