In test 2, there was a question on Anti defection (Q53).
Question:
Q.53) With regard to disqualification of members
of Parliament, which of the following statements
is/are correct?
1. The question regarding the disqualification of
member of Parliament in all matters except
defection is decided by the President.
2. The Presiding Officer has to decide on a
disqualification plea within 3 months in case
of defection.
3. In case of defection, the courts can intervene
before the decision is taken by the Presiding
Officer.

Answer provided is 1 only. However, with recent HC judgement on Manipur, statement 2 and 3 are also correct I feel. Can you please rectify.
