Hello 2021 aspirants. I thought it would be nice if we can share what we are doing and intend to do with one another here.
This could be a thread for discussing everything prep for 2021.
No one method fits all but to see the plans and progress made by fellow aspirants might help with the finer details of preparation and also keep one on track.

Overall a fine day! Gn folks
Disappointing day. Giving a mock is easy, the inertia to analyse it is real. Big backlog now. Was only able to give a mock and do history revision.
Study hours - 5
Targets:
- Ancient & Medieval Revision (2/3)
- Mock Test Analysis - Insights Budget & ES
- SFG Revision (3 Tests) - Try to cover more
Hope tomorrow is better for all of us!
Forgot to post here yesterday. Completed everything except medieval which I switched with govt schemes.Today’s broad agenda is:1) complete medieval2) revise (again) ancient history3)FLT-14)compile environment and rest science and tech CA at one place5) CSAT6) PYQs@dalpha yes I too have seen those but they are less in number I am sceptical if that pdf contains all of thePYQs related to that topic or not.
Ohh okay, i too am not sure if they're complete or not.

Couldn’t find time to compile CA and do PYQs, medieval is half done , rest is done.
I scored 80 in FLT today. According to my accuracy and calculations I could have scored ~118 in today’s test. I wasn’t able to manage time while attempting and this is a serious issue. Any tips or tricks that you guys could suggest so that I can attempt questions well in time?

Somethings which helped me were
1. Having a clear head, taaki re-reading required is minimal
2. Solving with a pen in hand, underlining/encircling the keywords, correct/not correct (helps with silly mistakes)
3. Revising basic books more and more so that time spent on static/straight from book questions is minimised. This time can be spent on other tricky questions.
4. Not overthinking (this is hard). Most often than not, that first instance gut feel is right.
5. Solving paper more or less in one go. Leaving just 10-15 questions for review in 2nd round.
Finish Art & Culture Revision. Gave a mock test. Instead of Ancient & Medeival, I revised Budget & ES. No test analysis done.

Trying to keep the prelims anxiety at bay by not thinking about it at all. Working so far but who knows what unintended consequences it might bring. Indeed, Ignorance is bliss!
