Dude how do you manage 12 hours?? 9-10 is the max I can do and still be able to distinguish between my right and left hand
Haha good one bro. It’s my target if you see, though in the last 5-6 days since I have been posting on this thread it is around 8-9.
I am just setting targets like Neeraj Chopra to throw a 90m (12 hours for me). I was putting average 11 hours for about 3 months post failure in this year’s mains but again got casual with time. Hence need to up my game. 12 is possible, but a routine is need, i have to get into the rhythm which I am missing at the moment.
Besides hours are not the very best measures of performance, so see if u are able to match your expectation standards. I see it as more quantifiable so follow it.
Btw world record in Javelin is 98m. Similarly in 24 hour day after 7 hours of sleep you have 17 hours so you can even put more. So we can definitely improve by a big margin.

Please suggest, how to prepare current affairs for Mains 2021. I have read newspapers daily. Wrote insightsonIndia answers for 3-4 months.
Last year, i failed to write good answers even for questions on NEP 2020 and Jal Jeevan mission.
I am thinking of going through Vision Mains 365, is this a good option?
it seems almost everyone's prep isnt going great and some of us are only going to be selected.
In words of Mrunal, UPSC is not a competition to determine who is a better singer than Mukesh or Mohammad Rafi instead who is less worse than Yo Yo Honey Singh and Dinchak Pooja.
So working hard to enter into the less worse zone.
