CSE 2021: Plan / Strategy / Daily Routine

Just gave my second prelims this year. Missed on CSAT in the first and might clear both this time. I want to share two things-
1- Please never ever compromise on newspapers and NCERT.
2- CSAT is getting tougher by the year. Those who rely only on RC, please do enough practise so that you do at least 25 questions from Quants and Reasoning(the remaining 50).
All the best! I hope all goes well for me else I'll be a regular here too in a month's time! :P

Woke up at 5:30, but left the bed at 6. Very bad.
Yesterday being day 1 for me, I can discount it. But things have to improve.
Have to give a few more hours today, with a bit more focus.
Targets would be Econ Survey 1 chapter.
Upinder Singh Notes.
Newspaper.
Starting slow to gain momentum. Full throttle from 1st April!

Finally woke up at 5:30 this morning. The key to waking up early seems to lie in having light meals at dinner.
Will continue with Ancient India and have to make some security notes!
This thread must fire up! :)

Absolutely disappointed with myself. Yesterday, not one of my targets was completed. NOT ONE.
Anyway, to have hope is to be alive. Will try to bounce back from this debacle. The strategy would be to spread out yesterday's lost work through the come days.
Everybody, since COVID daily cases are now past 80k, be mentally and materially prepared for any unforeseen disruptions.
We will rise again! :)

How good are the IE Explained pages from prelims perspective? Is it worth making notes out of them for the past few months?

I would advise against making notes out of it. There are two reasons
  1. Most of the current affairs questions in UPSC have become random and scarce. Sometimes news 2-3 years back is asked. Very little utility in making systematic notes out of any newspaper from Prelims persepctive. Better to spend that time in consolidating static portion and revising a good coaching compilation multiple times.
  2. Rau's IAS has started an initiative of making videos on their YouTube channel every week on IE Explained section. They also provide notes. You can check that out.

Bhai, what an amazing piece of thing you told regarding explained notes. Life aasan kar di! Thanks a ton!

My experience has been that once I work really hard for 3-4 days, by the fifth day I'm completely drained out with no motivation to study. Do you also experience something similar? How do you cope? I'm thinking having one day a week as a light day with good rest and minimal study. Any other advice?

For things like these, I do not study post-lunch on Sundays. It helps me. You can try!

Libraries are a double-edged sword. It can provide a great atmosphere if you have competitive and serious aspirants or a way of wasting time if surrounded by the non-serious time pass types.

Many a time I get attracted to the latter group due to the fun part associated with it! :P

Although, I am lucky in the sense that I am able to realise it pretty early. This is the reason I keep switching libraries. The benefits range from getting the desired seriousness back and having some change in the otherwise monotonous schedule.

@Omen libraries won't work for my place but Thank you :)

If you are saying due to COVID then I can assure you, in most of the cities, there are secretly running libraries! :D

3.6k views
@SergioRamos may be no library near his place.. As may not be in delhi or orn or m.n..

Yes library is a double edged sword.. Now whenever my mind distract to fun or even dosti nibhana type se ( being so called true  friend by picking up their every call even when not related to study..)

I just Google one of my close friend (from college days) name in images.. She got into ias..posted in Andhra..

Then any dosti which don't contribute towards my goal.. nibhanei ka khayal man se chala Jaata Hai.. And Saath mei guilt bhi of ghosting so called few months known friends..

Na library ke jaroorat padti hai.. Na he koi motivation ke.. Sirf Yeh kaafi rehta hai.. ( not jealousy.. But simple fact when we both gave our first attempt together.. She went to her home and studied strictly.. And I was too proud of clearing pt in 1st go and so called guidance karne mei.. When myself was a fresher in upsc..and lived attention of so called friends..whom I have no idea now.. Tat where are they.. )

So befkuufi dubara nahi karne.. But last wala library ka case toh aur maha classic tha... Kaya gadhaa bana tha mai and all those in library by just 2 guys..

Moral of the story is-
1. There will always be some funny guy who will waste ur time and screw u.. No matter how much enriched u r in ur life experiences..

2. padh loh jaha padh pao.. Yeh mauka shayad dubara na mileh.. And dekhte he dekhte aap half decade peeche ho jaoge.. Yah shayad aur jada bhi..

Also funny things happening.. Andhra cm brought ias ips under him.. Changed all India service rules.. Shayad dopt cancel Kar deh.. Basically a changing trend which will frutify in 20 yrs time for sure..

The thumb rule I have for libraries is two fold--

1) Not sitting there the whole day. I had noticed that after 8-9 hours, my productivity hits rock bottom and I keep wallowing my time with buds and that chai pe charcha. There was a time I used to go to the library at 7 am in the morning and return by 10 pm in the night( used to come home for lunch). Now I sit there till 5 only. And surprisingly, not a very drastic difference in work completed.

2) Not more than 2 hours of my time(total) is spent somewhere else than my seat. So if I sit for 9 hours, I make it a point to be at my seat for 7 hours. No matter what.

These two things have helped me massively. If anybody else has any problems in Library, they may give it a shot.

Corona is wreaking havoc.

Lockdown prep and anxiety regarding family was a major disturbance since last 2 days.

Still clocking in 5-6 hours per day.

Need to continue posting here.

This is nothing to with the study routine. I am sharing my 'real routine', with brute honesty. I am just putting out my share of experience for last two days.

My uncle (mama ji in early 50's), who lives in same city of mine, was diagnosed with severe covid. His sons (my cousins), frantically contacted me and told me about the medical history. With co morbidity- BP, Diabetes etc, his condition was bad. Being in the city worst affected by pandemic in India, things were more challenging.

We started our hunt for hospital beds. There is, right nowACCUTE SHORTAGE OF BEDS IN MUMBAI.We were looking for any bed, at any place, at any hospital, at any cost. BMC (city's municipality) has taken over the hospitals. And without BMC's green signal, one cannot shift to a COVID dedicated hospital- be it private, be it sarkaari.

Meanwhile, his health was deteriorating. His oxygen level was dropping. We somehow, awaiting green signal from BMC admitted to a makeshift arrangement at a local pvt maternity hospital. This do not have any covid doctor, and is on a limited oxygen supply. Our wait for a green signal continued.

Then, at the middle of the night at this makeshift temporary hospital, his oxygen consumption suddenly shot up. Doctors advised us for Remdesivir- which, you all must be knowing is the scarce asset. Nowhere, I repeat, Nowhere this was available. In addition to this, there is this injection (tocilizemag 400) which 'officially' costs around 40k, and is given as the 'last resort'. Paisa, jack, rasookh, kuch bhi lagane se nahi mil raha hai ye sab market mei. Remdesivir was must. Tocil was for worst. I arranged former jaise taise, but we are still to find the later.

Right now, he has shifted to a yet another makeshift hospital (which has promised oxygen for two days sharp), as the BMC is yet to confirm our bed. Friends, this shit is real. Until now, I used to read those death numbers in papers as just a data. Lekin jub ghar mei aapda aati hai, tab aatey daal ka bhaav pata chalta hai. (One steps into the real world and struggle, only when one's own near and dear ones are involved).

Sorry. I did not wanted to sound alarmist. But, the ordeal made me to write this. With 50% lungs collapsed, on oxygen support, with co morbidity, the chest pain, my uncle is struggling for his life (hoping for best). PLS dollow the simple rules of wearing mask, avoiding markets (use online), WEAR FACE SHEILD, and Gloves, if outer exposure unavoidable. Take health insurgence (as govt is not going to treat you well when needed).

Take two deep breaths (take)- that is a luxury.

If you are having two meals per day amid this pandemic- that is a privilege.

If you have absolutely no medical issue- bhagwan na karey aapko kuch ho.

If you are living with your family, and no one is suffering medically- nazar na lagey aapkey parivaar ko.

If you are able to follow your study routine (bhaley hi 4 ghantey ke liye, that doesn't matter, everyone knows it's consistancy which matters)- we really are blessed.

An anxiety free youth is the biggest asset we have. Kal ka kya pata....

I hope he recovers soon. Mumbai sounds too scary. Take care bhai! :)

Stay awake till night & then sleep, even if that makes you feel like shit for a while. Because that cycle is dangerous.

Yes. From today no afternoon naps. I have noticed that if I wake up post 8, the probability of my day going good sharply reduced. I have to sleep early.

@SergioRamos When you wake up (if it's around 7) go outside in the sun. Stare at the sky so that you're looking at the sunlight. Over a period of 3 or 4 days, your circadian rhythm will adjust itself and it'll make it easier to wake up earlier in the morning. On a sunny day, around 2 to 5 minutes is enough, while on a relatively cloudy day you need to spend around 10 to 20 minutes. Artificial light doesn't work, because the amount of lux is low. You can actually check this out if you download some Lux measuring app on your phone and compare artificial light with the sunlight.

Also, none of this is my random gyaan. This is all scientifically backed. Check out Andrew Huberman, a neurobiologist at Stanford, if you want to know more.

Thanks, man. Will surely try this. I used to do this, like going to the terrace. Have stopped for the past 3-4 months. Did not know the scientific reason though. Now its time to restart.

Weekly Round Up

A very unproductive week. First two days wasted on Covishield. Next Two days in sadness and the rest in sub-optimal productivity. The only good thing was that I stayed on track. I did not go into a sadness spiral or I did not take the path of least resistance. Whatever time I studied, I did what I planned at the beginning of the week.

Next 6 days, I'll be alone at home. Historically, this has meant a period of low productivity & binge eating. But I intend to prove history wrong. Next Sunday & Monday are reserved for my cousin's wedding. So, will try to be as productive as I can. Help me God.

Today was a chill day. Not much done. Not even what I had planned. It is okay. I slept in the noon. And spend some time with my mother. It's okay. I'll try to cover that up in the next 6 days.

Next 6 days plan is simple. Do not touch anything other than the following:

  • Ethics Classes & handouts
  • Environment Booklets; Study & Ankify
  • PSIR IIA Notes
  • Anki Reviews
  • Essay-I & II; lectures & handouts

On the side, I am listening to fear and loathing in new Jerusalem on the walks. One episode done, 5 more to go. Also began reading Yascha Mounk's 2018 book. 1 chapter done, everything else to be done.

--

I am going for a walk now & will listen to the podcast mentioned earlier.

--

At night, I intend to complete watching 'Well Done Abba' which has been@whatonly 's recommendation. Also, I would love to hear what are some of your favourite movies that you can recommend me to watch?@Villanelle @thesleepyhead @Rashmirathi @SergioRamos @DeekshitaP @ozymandias & @MaeveWiley & others active on this thread.

I'll try to watch one movie a week.

Targets for the day:

1. 4 Econ booklets

2. 1 backlog booklet

3. Incidentals

Did nothing except 3. And even 3 was barely done. Ugh why are my productivity levels constantly on a roller coaster?! Feeling unwell today, will go to bed early. Tomorrow was supposed to be my designated break day, but I haven't been productive enough to take one full day off. So tomorrow's my half break day. Will try to clear off as much backlog as I can. No new targets.

Hi friend, its alright to have up-down-right-left productivity days. I would say that take your break day tomorrow as you’d initially planned. You’ll be more replenished after that. There’s no use in punishing yourself, it rarely ever helps in increasing productivity, or so I have noted in my case. Take your break as a bit of a reset so that you can approach your targets from a fresh perspective. I also try not to turn my break days into rewards that I must necessarily work towards because then I end up resenting the work i have to do in order to achieve my rest day. Take a rest day because you need it, not because you feel you’ve completed X amount of work for it. It helps to decouple the frustration you feel at not having achieved your targets.

Just a bit of free ki advice, feel free to disregard it if it doesn’t resonate with you. :)

Agree 100%. For me, even half a day break with my favourite meal+ ice cream and a full sleep without alarm does the trick!

Will post targets here again if my daily prep goes astray! :)

I sincerely thank everyone for their useful insight.
I came here on this thread yesterday for an emotional dump, after exhausting all other options. Do not want to make my parents feel sorry for me, so I try not to let them know until its very serious. They have supported me through thick and thin and will always be there non judgmentally. But how much can you pareshaan them??
And my friends, despite being the most supportive are not in this field and probably dont get the complete picture.
So, I took to this thread for an outlet. It was probably not even the right thread to do it. Sorry for distracting anyone, if I did.
I'm glad I expressed myself. I feel ,much better today. And I gained so much perspective. Already starred some of the useful comments that I will keep coming back to when I feel low in future. Around 100 days left. I will buckle up. Will pprobably take today a bit slow and figure out my future course of action and come back stronger tomorrow.
I can not thank you guys enough . :)
Cheers !! May the UPSC Gods reward each one of us . This is a beautiful community :)

Bhai, we are all here for each other. Just be strong and make us strong too!

And trolls pe dhyaan na dena, they are just a bunch of cowards hiding behind anonymity, trying to project some alpha shit which they are not.  :)

@12432TrivendrumRajdhani I have always thought of asking you but aaj socha chalo puch hi lete hain.

Why have you kept train number and name as username? Any special memory? Journey?

Aaaj ho jaye khulasa. Nation wants to know.

Dear Mr Bolt, some people are obsessed with cars, some like to know everything about bikes, and some are walking encyclopedia when it comes to the latest happenings in the tech world- they know the upcoming gadets in and out.

Similarly, some of my grey cells behave as if they are the best 'railfans' in India :)

Being a railfan is a peculiar hobby. They are obsessed with the "a-z of Indian railways". For example, for me, knowing about the nomenclature of train and stations, understanding the ticketing system (like i have a decent Tatkal success ratio), and knowing about the routes, are some of the things which excites me. I do this in my free time, just out of sheer curiosity. Like: "Why this train was named as 'Matsyagandha' Express?", or randomly 'practising' for tatkal for some of the busiest routes and class, just to 'feel the rush'. Before the advent of internet, I dunno if you guys remember, there used to be a sarkari book called "Rail at glance". Yes, I spent my childhood reading those books. In north India, there goes a saying that you're not a true 90's middle class kid, if your household did not had, Rapidex English speaking book and that railway wala book, preferably purchased from AH Wheeler's stall.

So, one day few years back, we were doing some railfannig in the national capital. Few of us decided to visit the now forgotten Delhi's historicRing railway system. Our plan was to hop in and out from NZM (Oh I still remember those winters and the magical realism of Chanakyapuri rly stn, literally burried in the otherwise posh locality).

During that trip, I happen to saw Trivendrum Rajadhani in its blazing avtaar, and my immediate reaction was: wow, that is literally the longest Rajdhani, and probably the longest fastest train in India (as Gatiman, Tejas, and Shatabdi's are for short distances). I dunno how, but I equated Trivendrum Rajadhani with civils preparation. "Aapko lamba bhi jana hai, aur tezi se bhi jaana hai", is the precise logic why my handle has this name 🙈

Though right now my average speed is nothing more than a goods train. Probably after the creation of Dedicated Freight Corridor, shayad thodi speed badh jaaye. Achha sorry bad joke.

Gazab aadmi ho yaar! :D

Guys. I’m taking a break from being active on Forum.

@AzadHindFauz and@whatonly, all the very best for your interviews. I genuinely hope that you both make the cut. Lots of love and hugs.@AzadHindFauz , always remember that if you must choose between UPSC and your beloved football thread, do the right thing brother. :P@whatonly,the amount of respect I have for you is crazy. Let nothing ever dim your shine, my friend. I’ve seen you grow so much over the past year, and I hope you will keep doing that.

@MaeveWiley , October 10 will be your day. I recall all of our conversations. Especially the first one and the one after last prelims. Thank you for reaching out to me when I needed it the most. I will forever be grateful.  This time, you will be sure after prelims. I know it in my heart. Make sure you make the prelims victory count. Onwards and upwards, my friend.

@SergioRamos,remember your comment on the interview thread. You know which one I’m talking about. I feel you have a very sound understanding of the exam and it’s just a matter of time till you actually follow through on the things you know you can do, to your satisfaction. Keep working on it. You’ve got this.

@Sherkhan1428 , you were a vibe when you were active, my man. I’ve missed reading your comments. If you read this, I hope you’re in a good place mentally.

@Reticent @thepolicydreamer, @Alexandersupertramp,thank you for reaching out to me when I was in the dumps. I hope you are all keeping well and your families are safe. Keep working on yourselves and your goals. Keep your head above the water, and remember to breathe. Do the little things right, my friends. It’s easy to forget the progress that you have made. Don’t make that mistake.

@thesleepyhead @chamomile @Loxodonta  I’ve interacted very little with you all, but all of your personal messages came to me at a time when I really needed someone to give me a hand. I found support from you all when I was shattered inside and was trying to put on a brave face. Thank you for reaching out.

@nerdfighter ,@sjerngal Keep working on fighting the pain, you guys. It doesn’t necessarily get any easier, but we shall refuse to give up and keep soldiering on. We owe that to ourselves.

@Villanelle I cannot count the number of times I have openly laughed seeing your comments. And yesterday, you topped it with that wholesome comment about your mother. I am a little intimidated by you and the width of your reading to be honest. There’s so much swagger about you, and that makes you one of the pseudonyms from this platform that I most want to get to know in person. Thank you for bringing joy to my life in whatever way you could.

@LetsGetThisBread , as a wise person once said, today may be bed but tomorrow will be butter. There’s so much life in all of your comments, and that has such a ripple effect. Even if you feel you aren’t making progress on a certain day, always remember to be grateful that you have invariably brought a smile to at least one stranger’s face every single day.

@ssver2 and@Joeyisthebest , I’ll see you idiots on the TG group soon enough. :P Optional isn’t truly optional without you two.

I’m sure I’ve missed so many people who have had an impact on my life through this platform over the past year. The above list has been impacted by recency bias of course. So, I hope you can forgive me if I’ve missed you.

The beauty of this platform is that it is built on the kindness of strangers. There’s so little in the world that is like that. I’ve said this before and l’ll say it again. I see infinite beauty in you all.

And with that, I take your leave. Thank you for playing the significant part that you have played in my story. I’ve been more open with you than I have been to most of my closest friends. Thank you for being the light that I was so desperate to find.

I hope to see you all again on the other side. I hope to have stories and experiences to tell you, and I look forward to the little glimpse of your wonderful lives that you may choose to share with me. When you feel down, whatever the reason, know that somewhere in the World, a Patootie wishes you well and cares for you deeply.

Patootie out.

I will try my best to do justice to the confidence you have shown in me. I know I will meet you in the Academy, I definitely will. All the best my man! :)

It’s a brand new morning, there’s a new packet of bread at home, coincidence? I think not. Targets for 7.7.21:

GS- security notes

Sept 2020 C/A revision

Daily C/A

CSAT

Write with left and right hand

That’s all for the day folks.

P.S people who have/had short hair, how do you look halfway decent? I have no clue what to do with my hair, it is just growing up like a jungli child. I look like Virat Kohli from his early cricketing days, minus the cricketing skills. The only cricket I know lives behind my bookshelf.

Assuming that you want to grow your hair lengthy again, putting forward some effective tips for growth which I have tried and would suggest you to try as well:-

  1. Go to barber for a hair trim every month. This will prevent the growth of hair in a haphazard manner and will let your hair grow in a organised way. Trimming hair at regular intervals let the hair grow faster as it removes the split ends which make hair look messier. Here, just make sure that you get the trimming done by the same barber only or else every time you change your barber, you might end up having a new/different hairstyle.
  2. Try oiling your hair and scalp as much as possible. Suggested time would be the time just before going to bed for sleep. Do a good amount of champi(circular motions) so that your scalp soaks the oil well. Wash your hair with shampoo and conditioner when you wake up. One good thing about short hair is that usage of shampoo would be minimal as shampoo too damages hair to an extent. You can do this on a daily basis or 3-4 times a week.
  3. You can try applying some natural extracts like onion juice or paste of fenugreek seeds(methi dana), phuck mama earth and other beauty products. You can grate some onions, squeeze out its juice, massage your scalp and hair with the juice, let it dry for a few hours then wash it away with shampoo and conditioner. You can also soak some fenugreek seeds in water for a night, drain out that water, put it in a spray bottle, and sprinkle/apply it on your hair on a daily basis. The remaining soaked methidanas can be grinded in a mixer, turned into a paste and applied as hair mask. These natural ingredients would do no harm to your hair and will also help in your hair growth. Though onion juice would smell real bad, but it actually is good for hair.

For looks you can’t do much about it. What you can do is you can start wearing a cap. That would be a good thing to do as I also wear a 🧢 as currently I am also keeping short hair. I do look good in short hair though I don’t like keeping short hair but have to in summers, thanks to global warming eh!

Try doing the above mentioned things and I’m sure within next 6 to 8 months your hair would be long enough to sport a pony tail or even a bun. In my case, this time period is enough to transit from short hair to medium length hair, hair growing long enough to make a pony tail( like the one SRK has in the movie Happy New Year, barring the blonde streak).

P.S- I ain’t no Jawed Habib or any such hair specialist. All this is coming from a dude who likes to keep long hair. Cheers!

Saving this for later. My mother regrets me shaving my head and she will try absolutely anything to make my hair grow out again. Thanks for this

Wondering what made you shave your head in the first place ??🤔 Quite brave, I would say..

I’ve always been very “try karke dekhte hain” which has landed me in situations ranging from fun, scary, to life changing, like this. I went out with my shaved head uncovered in public, and yes, people stare at you, but it really makes you take pride in you and your choices quite unapologetically. It’s very liberating and I would advise everyone to do it once if they can. Baal bhi bade mast ugte hain.

Is UPSC also your "Aj kuch toofani karte hain?" :P

Fluids revision (3/6) ->done;      CA revision ->done;      Newspaper ->done;

Today was a productive day. I finished all my targets. In fact I'm able to go faster than I expected in Fluids so instead of 6 days, might get it done in 4. Hoping the mojo continues

@Shailputri Glad to see you putting up those insane hours again. If this thread was the Olympics you'll be a medalist for sure. :p

@nerdfighter Hang in there buddy. It's darkest before dawn. Take a couple of days slowly. You'll be back to your all-conquering self in no time.

@fortarach63 All of us have days where we waste the entire day. But very few of us own it. You showed courage and true accountability by posting here even on your bad day. Take heart in that. Hope you'll be back crushing your targets in no time.

@SergioRamos Bhai it's good to see you again. Welcome! And your message on the Mains thread was inspiring, to say the least. Gave me the 'bum pe laat' that I so badly needed. Hoping to increase my intensity now.

Good night all! Have a great day tomorrow :)

We will ace it, together! :)

To everyone out here, you have fought thousands of battles and emerged victorious to be standing today. Success is just beyond this final battle now. The very feelings of despair, anxiety, and fear are nothing in front of your battle scars from your erstwhile duels. We all have come too close to fail now. This is something that we have to conquer, not for anybody else, but for ourselves. We have to, for the spirit inside us which, gave us the courage to opt for such a tedious challenge and motivated us countless times to push harder.

The final lap is the hardest, but it is the hardest only for those who have ran their lungs out in the prior laps. So, pat yourselves for the hard work you have been doing till now, and just bring out some extra energy from within to finish off this race! We will do it! :D
It will be all worth it in the end! :)

Today's targets -

2020 August CA done

PYQ discussion done for economics and agriculture

Most test and peer analysis done

याचना नहीं, अब रण होगा,
जीवन-जय या कि मरण होगा।

I did the monthly magazines, so didn't do the PT365 compilations. If it is good enough then I'll check it out. Although, I think a different institute would be better for 'comprehensive coverage' (*cries in a corner*)

Hello friends I write this with as much frustration as you can imagine a bread to have (hoti h). For the past 2 days I have relatives over/ some or the other bum-job errand to run and today seems to be no different as already I’ve been told that I have more relatives coming over. Mere studies ki band baj rahi h iss chakkar m. On top of that setting targets and not being able to meet them is leading to more anxiety, so no targets for today, will update aaj raat ko how much I got done. Also in other news, I really want to eat chole- bhature, but this clean eating nonsense thing I’m trying out is getting in the way.

More pav-er to you folks! (if you thought days of bread jokes were over, think again…)

I must tell you, Chhole Bhature are such a godsend. On 11th, I went and had them. Trust me, I could feel all the pain and stress of the exam vanishing with each bite. Please have them! :D

And don't order no, go out and eat!

Think food is one of the few things where addiction is harmless and is a huge stress reliever in this exam context. Doesnt take up much time too :)
Agree with you that food thread is much needed here and sad to see no mindless debate on best biryani. (I am from HYD, so I am game :P)

Jokes apart, so fortunate to see huge food diversity in India. None can really beat India on this :)

Since past few months, I was relying on brownie or pastries to satisfy my sugar cravings, while forgetting all time great Indian sweets particularly Rasgullas and I was reminded of this sweet only when I was reading about GI tag controversy. Felt bad. So immediately after Prelims, had ordered Gulab Jamun, Rasgulla and Rasmalai from a local sweet shop. And wow, did it feel so heavenly. And once this gets over, I plan to buy Mysore Pak for Diwali. A small weight to pay :)

You know, I have been meaning to ask this to people. What satisfies you guys more? Indian or western/eastern?

I like my pizzas, noodles, and burgers, but I'm satiated only after something Indian.

The reasoning- My problem is sitting and studying, and whenever I manage to do so, targets are automatically done.

So, the target for 22nd November is-10-hour study.

Note- This 10 hr will only include core study hours and not just sitting on my table. Let us begin! :)

I feel terrible. I feel like I know nothing. I feel like I am doing nothing. I feel like I am not focused enough. I feel like absolute shit.

Hi. I need some advice

I have prepared a good number of schematics/ flowcharts for GS papers. However, while writing the test, I'm not able to recall + incorporate them in the answers. This is probably due to lack of linkages of the schematics with the topics.

How do I ensure that this is rectified and I can maximise the output?

One thing you can do is to sit and try to interlink them and pen them down on paper, without looking at your notes. A brainstorming session of sorts. It can help you to absorb the matter in a better way and replicate it easily at will.

Hello peeps, one recent discovery I'd like to share.
So, I wanted to try out a new pen and ditch V5(no specific reason, bas ainvayi). I tried the trimax after a long time and it seems so better. The ink colour is brighter, and I believe they have trimmed the grip a bit, making it easier to hold. So if any of you guys are looking for a pen, do try trimax.
Note- Not the rorito maxtron, but reynolds trimax.
