Any serious UPSC CSE 2021 candidate from BHOPAL ( M.P) who relies on library/ peer group for studies..Library setting in MP Nagar Area..4-5 people only( 1 seat vacant)..All covid protocols followed..AC- RO available..Properly ventilated..No problem of library getting closed or anything due to lockdown..Only motivated candidates ( UPSC only) message as peer group is extremely small ..Preferably mains/ interview given but not a caveat..
Basically they’re implying state sponsored militias act as roving bandits, as opposed to Maoists who act as stationary bandits. And so they are by consequence much worse for the people.

@whatonly A good source to build a basic framework for Naxalism. In fact, I's suggest everyone check out Only IAS's GS Mains material. They have given a broad outline and necessary timeline, structures etc for the topics. A great enabler in starting any GS mains topic prep. Nuances and intellectual depth can be added to them but the basic structure they offer is good enough.
@Villanelle @nerdfighter @SergioRamos
Thank you guys! Those are perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. You're the best.
Today is going to be a big brain day!

I went through the PSIR material last year, it’s pretty good if you need it only to fill in a few topics.

I am planning to look for all the GS portions. They are offering a basic structure of sorts, which I need badly. My answers tend to go haywire. A fixed structure of timeline, events, govt. interventions and way ahead could surely bring some control. Additions are a must though.

Others : Le me make my own memes. I'll impress the world.
Whatonly : I am too busy . I have to read about Left wing extremism. Le me take a shortcut- takes some other meme, do related changes, and then post them on forum. And then with this become an independent candidate for PM's post( in the memes world) :)
