The Civils Mains result has been declared. This thread is for sharing your grief , joy , mixed feelings - absolutely anything and everything.
@walterwhit3 Murder karne ka aim nahi tha sushil ka.
The things you are saying, with so much conviction, makes me wanting to be beware of you! (Just Kidding :D)
It just reminds me a quote from Eichmann in Jeruselem:
The scariest thing is evil doesn't come with taking delight in its acts but the normality of them.
@Jammu please write /s, that makes it easier.
Yes dost, would definitely keep it handy from next time :D
We are wrong dude(to whosoever who felt that he was doing sarcasm) Dekho aap comment aage jaake..galti se hogya, he didn't mean to do that and he is ready to face consequences. Well@Jammu consequences by law would be of murder only. Aapke bhai tyaar hai jail jane ko? That crossed the level of kuchhh bhii!
Aur kisi bhi sane insaan ko pata hota hai ki we should not drive vehicle on footpath - foot mane pair - why you want to drive tyres?
Its not unintentional, its bewakoofi and a heinous crime. Never justify this, Never!

Don’t think that was sarcasm.
Or maybe I’m as bad as Sheldon Cooper in recognising it 😅

Haan jaise self defence, i just meant something strong and provoking must have been there that made him loose his temper. Let’s wait for evidences. Like it happens with many, Salman Khan was not deliberately driving his car on foothpath.
@walterwhit3 Murder karne ka aim nahi tha sushil ka.
I'm assuming your intentions were good. Rather than saying "murder karne ka aim nhi tha", a better way of putting this was saying ki "ye pre-meditated murder nahi tha." That does make sense legally.
At the same time, this was anything but accidental. From the little I've read in newspapers, this looks like a full on assault with things like iron rods as well as bare hands. Imagine pulverizing someone so hard, beating them up so bad that they die. And not any weakling; a proper athlete who's fully fit. There must have been tens of (and maybe hundreds of) blows one after the other. Whoever did this could have stopped earlier. Before every blow, they had a choice. They chose to continue.
This was not a momentary mistake. This was by choice.
Culpable homicide vs murder debate.
I think ye law ka sabse impt area hota hai shayd.
I JUST WONDER *HOW DO PEOPLE HAVE SOOOO MUCH ANGER AMONGST THEMSELVES? *.
And it is being alleged that he (sushil) himself asked his friends to make video to terrorize others. Don't know how much substance is there is this statement, but for me it just comes down to one thing.
HUMAN VICES, ANGER, EGO, ENVY ETC.

Exactly what I want to say.
Before every blow, you have a CHOICE. Unfortunately people these days are blinded by momentarily rage.
Guess what is the result? A young life lost and along with it so many other things too went downhill.

Yes dost, consequence by law would be of murder only. Nobody can deny it. However our court does take cognisance of due process of law into consideration while awarding judgements. I might have quoted the wrong example earlier, but let me correct myself now with another one.
Disclaimer - Under no circumstances, I justify a murder, leave aside a casual murder : )
Praveen Mahajan deliberately murdered his brother Pramod Mahajan. Pramod didn’t provoke him at that moment (though he might have life long - this is what I could decode from Praveen’s statements), but one fine morning Praveen went and shot him. That is pre mediated murder.
However, in this case, until and unless facts comes out, we cant say with assurance that Sushil wanted to murder his tenant who was once his friend. I am just pointing out to the possibility that there must have been something strong provocations or other thing that made Sushil murder him. So, court will definitely take that into consideration. Sarcastically, I said crime ho jata hai kabhi kabhi. This was my point : )
@Jammu I took offence of your comment about bhai . And about sushil, with whatever news report I have studied and little knowledge , even If he has done it because the victim provoked him , makes his crime no less. You should control your anger. Thats my point.

I’m sorry for making compassionless remarks.
Murder is definitely a murder. There is no other word for it. His conduct after it is not at all acceptable.
@Sniper there were comments regarding Mrunal not in best of his health and since prelims is quite far now, it'll take some time I guess.
Thanks.
