My routine now a days goes like this (not a very rigid one)
Morning (1-1.5 hours): Newspaper and revision of current affairs topics
Afternoon (2-3 hours): BPSC answer writing, or NITI Aayog's Strategy for new India, or 2nd ARC summary (only one thing in a day)
Evening (4pm to 9:30 pm): Optional
Today's To-do list:
1. IR (Southeast Asia) and related questions
2. Optional (Settlement Geography)
Morning - 9 to 1 - Optionals time.
Afternoon - I usually watch video related to my optional - Tales from the jungle. Planning on starting with Main bhi Bharat after this series ends. Usually extends for 45 mins.
Evening - 5 to 9 - Ethics.
Night - an hour or 2 - for current affairs- editorials and factly.
Ending the day by reading the book Ikigai these days. Its a really nice book about japanese culture.
Sunday is a bit lighter day for me. Doing answer writing for ethics and CA backlogs :)
This time range am sharing isnt water tight for me. I have small breaks in between these said hours. I have made plans for what all topics in both subjects need to be covered till 15th July. So working- not as such on how many hours basis, but based on topic completion :)

Bad: I have been struggling to sit for 3 hrs and write a test with a timer and stuff. I'd write an answer, cross it as draft 'x' because it doesn't "look good". Had done the same with past two essays I wrote. Multiple drafts. I struggle with writing quality answers within the time limit. So I started fooling myself like this.
Was glad that wrote today's essay in one go, of course wasn't satisfied with quality and length. But returned to the same stupidity with ethics test. And it takes away a lot of time.
It has also to do with inability to concentrate on one thing for long hours. Like I'll intentionally keep some tabs open to jump to when I feel bored of my primary activity. Problem is I overdo this. Still I tell myself that it's better than spending hours on twitter reading stupid threads.

2. Prioritize ur goals-whether u want to be good to ur friends/family or you want to achieve your goals? sometimes there is a need for madness and imbalance to achieve something and later on, you can make balance.
3. Don't get too happy and start celebrating by finishing only 50% of your goal. You will lose the game.

Improvements Needed:-
1) Plan well- Do ethics 50-55 case studies.Also read solutions of previous year 2013-2017. You can solve 2018-2019 after prelims.
2) Sometime its tough to study when your mind does not allow you but it is this time to be managed well. Dont let 30 min mood swings destroy your 5-6 hours of studies.
3) Do include prelims in your schedule for atleast 30 minutes.(mainly question solving)

I will consider today as a day off since i have studied only 1 hr due to some health issues.

1. Be regular with workouts failing which you will fall victim to small health issues hampering ur consistency.
2. Dont do overthinking or space to ur mind. Be completely sure about what you want to do in 1st half of the day.
