Hello everyone

I hope you guys are doing good.

Today's target  just to shuffle between geography and economics. And read those 4 months Current affair pointer which I covered in last 3 days.

A friend asked me to make a birthday video for his significant other. My social anxiety is at peak.  I did politely refuse but he could not understand . My Ukrainian is bad and my pronounciation I do have major problem.

I always tell myself that it's okay to be anxious about the way I speak just have good intention and  get work done. Then I will not have to be conscious about it. I think there are many people who  roll over there eyes when I go wrong but any ways I shall overcome this too.

@Naadan_Parinda Is thekua like a mathri? And pirikiya is definitely a gunjiya namesake, right?

Thekua is very different from mathri. It's a sweet. And pirikiya is similar to gujiya.

Review of 1st 3day plan(21,22,23)

There were many new learnings bole toh life lessons, major one was hands on understanding of when ppl say "Energy goes where focus goes" and Keshav in his sermon says "Jeetne k lie toh kathin parishram ki avashyakta hi nahi hai parth, keval ekagrata aur samarpan hi kaafi hai". My focus was on effort, and to not to stay on that effort level- as i posted of buce lee somewhere here "there are no limits in anything. there are only plateaus and you must not sit there.. go beyond" .

Effort scale: 21: 6hr+, 22: 10+, 23:11+. Targets achieved in 3 days: Mrunal handout 3,4,5,6 pillars over.Eco survey vol1 over. pillar 1 and 2 next cycle. will take just half a day since i'm more comfi in those areas. Disappointment: i wish i had done vol 2 of survey as well!

and y'day was funny. stuck with the routine of sleep at 1 and wake up at 8. after 12 i closed one eye read with another, and then switching after some time and repeat. till they together went to brain complaining "ye launda humare sath game khel raha hai! " i was off to sleep at 4!😁😁😎

3 day plan#2

*focus to remain on effort. once this becomes habit, will focus on speed.

**neyawn busted the syllabus tests binary I was stuck in. so now problem solving has to start.

24/8 [38/60]

Targets

shift 1: polity sfg syllabus 3,4

shift 2: Environment CA Jun'19 to Sept'19(vision)

shift 3: T-19 vision

My learning of mild anxiety is that once you release it, it's gone. So till the time it's there i tell anxiety "acha result ki anticipation me aayi ho, come come and enjoy your stay. result k baad ki tumhari in any case return ticket toh hai hi!", and always, like always it goes just the next day! 😃

Ek sawal: did you finally made the video?

Haha nahi yaar. I can not put up the act it's just I like to keep things normal and low. The thought that me being seen by other people  and then my own inhibitions scary. I know I get nervous but People need to normalise the fact that there are few who are highly sensitive introvert. And it is okay.

Oral test mein i flunked when I was in school my situation was worst. My maths teacher was so adamant khadi wooden scale rakh ke puche say say it again say it in a loud voice. Who on earth would be comfortable.

But i agree to what you say it works and it help.

Not a fixed routine but things I've learnt through trial and error.

As someone sensitive to caffeine, I eliminated it from weekdays for optimum sleep (need to be up and running every morning for SFG tests). I only have coffee on Saturdays and Sundays. The quality of coffee drinking experience has massively improved.

First thing I do every morning is write SFG test and solve it. Have breakfast and read IE. right after which I either start studying for the next day's test or take a nap depending on how I slept the previous night. Post lunch, do whatever remains.

Workout for 30 minutes listening to vivekananda audiobooks.

Aim to complete test syllabus before dinner. Revise another subject after dinner till I sleep, usually by 12. If any portion of test syllabus is left, wake up 1 hour earlier than usual and complete that before writing test.

Always go to sleep reading some book that changes my understanding of the world. (Currently reading Matthew Crawford's The World Beyo

History still seem a distant dream to me when I club it with art and culture for me my mind says enough is enough.

And then I know I just don't want to disappoint myself so i should stop fretting. I will have dinner a bit early usually I have it by 7  and then a quick walk. But I am so much disappointed with test score in art and culture any ways. Food is all I need as a break right now.

I still have 5 hours with me post dinner and quick walk will re read again  culture and sit for economics test won't sleep until I feel I improved. But i know i will be exhausted so I plan to give culture test as soon as I get up.

Hi.

I had seen all lectures in Feb and read pillar 1 2 3 at that time. Had some memory of lectures but mostly it felt completely new for pillar 4 5 6.

But yeah had no choice. So it had to be done.

P.s. big as long as it is not done. Once it is done it's just good memories. 😊😊

@Raillife  passive study can be done.......... Once every thing is done/ you have completed economy & its CA part from any source, you  can go for selective reading directly from handout. you can turn the pages in a day.......

even i have planned similarly if economy gave a nightmare........ lets see :)
