Folks, share your practical hacks which have worked for you. Would be great if they are centred around daily lifestyle optimisation than popping some random pills or supplements.
I have tried the spray bottle one method as it was the most convenient one for me. I did it continuously for 2-3 months and the results were effective.
P.S. I tried it for thin hair issue and not for hair fall problem in particular. The comment section of this video says these methods work for hair fall problem as well so you may give it a try.
Quit smoking (if you do) , take sufficient biotin (eggs , fish etc ) . As the water quality orn is quite bad therefore after bathing with regular tap water , keep a bottle of clean RO water with you and give a final wash to your hair. This will drain all the chemicals etc from the scalp .Use cold pressed mustard oil in hair.
If nothing works out then regularly shave your head. This may seem quite weird at first , but trust me no hair no tension -no shampoo etc and last but not the least , no distraction 🤓

@nerdslayer Don't wash your hair daily. 2-3 times a week is fine. Don't apply oil on daily basis 2-3times a week is fine. If possible wash your hair with drinking water.
