Staff of SGR hospital and sometimes patients can be seen in the Sindhi park. There are many doctors/staff of this hospital who stay in ORN, what if this area becomes a hotspot?
They don't care to construct new makeshift hospitals somewhere outside the city.
What if some student gets infected, they don't have their family members nearby for any kind of help.

@Xarathustra i understand your concern. But bhai jab 2 lakh cases already hai.. it's only a matter of probability that any of us get inflected.

End of day we are a poor country.. likh toh sakte hai makeshift hospital, doctors ke liye hotel rooms etc. But i doubt if it is even a priority unless the current capacity of hospitals is going out of hand.

Waise if you are very concerned, you can always go back home now that transport is available.

@Xarathustra most students are young healthy adult with decent immunity....covid in delhi may very well be around 10-15percent of population.( Having case positivity of 25 percent all week long)... rest from personal perspective I know frnds/juniors who are concerned wrt PTSD with too much work n death ...so giving patients or doctors some breathing air while it is a pvt not govt hospital doesn't seem that bad..... remember doctors are also sacred ...they have one of worst routine n schedule in life....also in case u say drs are god or anything or respected bhai majburi m toh ghade ko b baap banana padta h n log banate toh covid warrior or anything else is just propoganda till apni jaan pe nahi aan padti...

Cases I think are bound to happen ... specially when mortality is this low due to whatever reason n economic hurt of virus sply for young n poor is much more substantial with no real treatment /cure in site. I don't even think at policy or implementation level doubt steps taken be any different... yesterday it was mumbai today it is delhi tomorrow maybe not/ blre.....thank God it's not that deadly else there be so much more pain n death on street.

@Agog higher judiciary is between 62-65 ...with fixed income support ...avg india is what 65 percent below 35 something like that...but this is a young poor country with major inequalities as of today if those marginalised won't even have hope of income n diversion from reality. just like US we also b having something on lines of BLM( black unemployment is just around 17percent).
