@Raillife I've booked a ticket in 2nd week. And i plan to come from a relatively less affected state.
No place seems safe.. all my exams centres are in delhi (upsc might give centre change option, i don't nabard if nabard would). I just got along very few books to my hometown
I am very much confused everybody is leaving orn...and i am the one is going there
Everybody is saying that now we prepare at home only... already u can see there is slightly decline in the rent in orn

@Raillife instead of going to delhi and renting room can't you try renting a small room nearby your house for studying. Also you wouldn't have to worry about food...(gharcha j1). Or may be any tier2/3 cities in maharashtra itself if you have family or friend there..Of course i wouldn't know your situation...but just suggesting..

I am staying in orn from past 10-12 month....came back in ajmer at my relatives place for some works and stuck here
I am asking about the situation in orn so i get back to my room and resume my studies
It's not like i am going for the 1st time search the room and all

You will get the environment for study
Every coaching/study material is jut 500m away from you
You can study at home or library according to your flexibility(in home you have comfort level jab man kia tv dekh lia jab man kia tp krlia + other daily home chores )
Most important,is the test series going at the classes and writing test in upsc kind environment gives you another feel
If you are getting all the above things at hone thn no need to come Delhi imo

Delhi ka cases seem to be in a rise in the other hand. If this isn't in control, i guess it's better to stay put wherever we are
Raillife,@Phagocyte xactly Delhi junta who hasnt left shuld b xtra careful amongst highest case burden ever increasing.nyway no library,coaching and with most of the shops closd,1 xam me misplaced edge ke chakkar me zindagi il b at risk!!

No library is open. Infact library was closed long before lockdown started.
Han Shops m 3-4 bookshops khule hain .. imagerunners, kbc etc
