@Andromedatumhara Kam nahi ha Kya koi? people with childish underdeveloped brains are not suitable for the job you are aiming to get..develop yourself ,forget about pdf..

@AndromedaActually, we cant prove the pdf wrong by matching it with successful candidates from the previous years. I personally know one of the guys you have mentioned. I dont want to mention his name to protect his privacy. He was my colleague. As far as I know, he did not appear for this year's exam. On the other hand we can certainly say that whatever that is not from upsc is fake.

Dont be worried. This time is very very crucial. Focus yoyrself on preperation. If you get through it will help. If you dont, then it will help you more to put yourself back in track.

One may or may not agree with me. But the most sensible thing to do at this point in time which would be beneficial in both time present and time future is: 1) The morning slots could be dedicated to doing all the conventional slots like Hist/Geog/Pol/Econ/Scitech/Cul/Environ spending not more than 30 min/subject. 2) Noon One hr: Optional Revision, Noon one hr: Extra Readings. 3) Post Noon hrs: Work on Bio Data and 4) Evening Hrs: Current Affairs can be given about 2 hrs.
Obviously, the order of targets can be altered to suit one's temperament and circumstances. But this is what is called for.

@Andromedathat PDF is absolutely fake. I have checked it with a number which is not there in prelims qualified list. So no worries

I am putting more emphasis on conventional slots because from my two experiences at the CSE PT 2010 and 2013 (174/300 and 190/275; Not Recommended and Recommended respectively at the end of it), UPSC has been known to be notorious to ask factual Prelims Type questions to me and many others who appeared for the same.

After waiting for results for so many days, it is getting clearer that the result would be announced only after 16th Jan due to this EWS case in CAT. Sigh... Talk about efficiency. (I am only assuming this and there could be other reasons as well)

Surely this personal experience regarding the delay which is agonizing can only make us understand and relate to on how many years of growth, development projects , citizens welfare have been stunted/slowed down to a large extent due to court cases.

This needs to be kept in mind when we become civil servants and ensure that we don't indulge in mindless litigation while not ignoring genuine grievances.

@visionmanit can come early also. Read 9th Dec judgement. They have asked upsc to declare results with ews. But upsc is extra cautious so they are preferring waiting for final order on 16. But on 16 the court can give another date....so there might be even longer wait...hope it's not so.

@visionmanWhat if we quote this example in response to a relevant question in the Interviews? How will UPSC take it??

@visionmancourt cases and judicial delays are one of the important reasons for policy paralysis, no wonder we are so far below in 'enforcing contracts'; well, in this case I don't find upsc at fault, they gave time till 1st Aug, those who could not produce certificates or justify their claim had to face it, commission cannot allow candidates when something is not 'on paper'(it's being objective in decision making), although they should be faulted for not declaring results after 09/12 judgement & playing it safe

Imagine an investor whose thousands of crores remain stuck for years because of judicial delay. I can't even imagine the magnitude of stress in such a situation.
