I am beginning to think that online final order isn’t uploaded the same evening unlike in HCs or SC. I checked final order for a matter disposed on the 10th and the final order for it hasn’t yet been uploaded

The case status is finally showing Case is Disposed. Partly Allowed is what is showing

@mannemvasukinandan701Partly allowed because the prayer of petitioners wasn't accepted by the court in entirety. Only a sub-group within them were allowed based on the assessment of the bench. So, the matter shows "partly allowed". If it were "allowed", then it would have meant a blanket relief to all petitioners.

@AzadHindFauzbro can u tell who is going to hc as pol are saying that few people are going to hc for appeal. What appeal and why?

@manav300627017Those who have not gotten relief are seeking to move HC because their EWS certificates are dated after 16 August- the cut-off set by the CAT in today's order.

Having seen such a huge delay already, UPSC should declare the results tonight itself before other plaintiffs can get a stay from the judiciary. If UPSC were really smart, they would have 2 PDFs ready today morning. But seems they aren't.
