Now that 1 week is over, it is time to shift focus to Mains. With barely 103 days left there is no time to waste.
@deceptrixVery apt!
@deceptrixI really like to hope that what u r saying is indeed the scenario, obviously it's in the best interest of all the candidates, clearing mains or not.
@AzadHindFauzokay.. Matlab jinhone mains nahi dia unke lie koi relief nahi hai(the 190 who did not write), but all those who wrote mains, their certificates upto 16th will be considered, even those who filled as gen but possess the certi b/w 01.08-16.08. Is that so?
@CaesarExactly bhai. Pin this thought if possible. lol.
@AzadHindFauzalready adopted in practice...a quick learner.
@AzadHindFauzsaid inMains 2019 Preparation and Discussion Thread:
The word is that HC has been moved now.
Bhai iska kya matlab
@Hakunah_MatataIt's a killer concept for social media, bhai. Been using it for the past 2 days on Twitter. There's so much peace that I can't explain.
@madeyeNews doing rounds that upsc might appeal to HC over cat orders!
@madeyeMatlab other aggrieved petitioners have approached the HC.
@majormiketango
However if UPSC moves the HC, then like numerous petetions in the past, HC could grant ‘stay on admission’.
That would imply the CAT verdict stayed until further hearing. And in the meanwhile process goes on
@mannemvasukinandan701
This would practically imply that UPSC wins the case
@deceptrixYes, the CAT judgement itself contains numerous references to previous verdicts of HC and SC. Anyway, UPSC has been releasing results with a * mark on some candidates(subject to outcome of court case). It's upto them how they would want to procede.
@mannemvasukinandan701
Further, SC and HCs rarely go against bodies like UPSC and ECI in their functioning. But that’s just trend. We just have to wait for this drama to take its course
@STIf you do, bhakts will lynch you.
