@Joeyisthebest Bhai trust me on this...Dipin sir classes willwork only if you covered your basics well & by basic I mean having 1 pageself madenotes of every topic. They are essentially ‘content enrichment’ classes.
If you’re planning to bank entirely on it, then it’s a very bad-bad strategy.
Yes, Dipin sir does give the comprehensive one page notes but those notes cover the dynamic themes in the news. Now, when you analyse the PYP, UPSC tend to ask majority of the ques (directly & indirectly) from the topics given in the syllabus.
While addressing such ques, if you substantiate your point with the content made available by Dipin sir, then it do add value to your ans & will at-most fetch you 1/2 to 1 mark more per ques but it is like indulging in dessert before a meal. Again to use it efficiently requires lots of practice & decoding of the syllabus, so that you can connect the dots.
To ans your ques, by static I mean decoding of the syllabus. It’s not about plain reading of Laxmikant but reading it in the context of syllabus & making notes out of it which cater the demand of the syllabus.
