Until three months back, I used to sleep around 5:30-6:00 and wake up around 1:00. Wasn't at all productive to be honest.

Last 87 days, been waking up between 3:30-4:30 after going to bed between 9:30-10:30 ideally. Once you wake up early in the morning, that's the first thing you've done right in the day. If you get a substantial amount done in the morning prior to breakfast, rest of the day has more direction. Works for me.

Sleep at 9 AM. Wake up at 5 PM. Can study only when there is no one around with zero noise. 12-6 most productive period.

Waking up not late than 6.00 am. its just an habit i had since my college days.

and also i have notices that my performance drops significantly after 6 pm...so i try to do maximum work till 6 and maybe 1 or 2 hrs after that..... usually sleep at 10 or 11 pm.

morning time is the best time. you can achieve  a lot before the world wakes up. and even if due to some reason if the whole day is wasted you have that 2-4 hrs with you of the morning study and not worry much of the lost day...

Sleep by 12-12:30 and wake up at 5:30 am max 6 . Nap from 3-4 pm . But I am trying to do CSAT or geography mapping during 2-30 to 4-30 pm and doze off for few minutes btw 5-6pm . That sort of balances the morning and evening sittings.

But a tomorrow or day after I think I am gonna wake up by 4:30 like I used to do during my earlier exams for mental satisfaction

Early riser.

From past 1 year, more or less this has been my schedule -

Sleep around 11pm

Wake up at 4-4.30am

Got used to this habit because of office. Wanted to achieve maximum target before office. After office most of the days i would be too exhausted or some other engagements would pop up.

Didn't matter. Jab jaisa mann kiya :p. There have been days of just 4 hours sleep. And there have been days of 14hours sleep :p.

A general trend has been to sleep till 12-1am and wake up at 8am.

All I had made were some rituals (Neyawn's advice only).  Like "doing something productive within 30mins of waking up". This made my entire day productive. :)

Bss kuchh esa hi m hu.. bss ye h ki 4 hour wala day kbhi nhi aaya.. 6hr-9 hr equilibrium maintained in last many years (with rare sleep in noon time) ... General trend 12.30-2am sleep.. and 8am-10am waking up.. except when exam is nearing and you have to align your circadian rhythm along it..

Ye uth te hi first half hour productive use is very good effective idea. All should try it irrespective of waking schedule.

Apart from this juniors shouldn't count hours and keep studying maximum, BUT SENIORS (2+ attempts wale) MUST COUNT HOURS ONLY because efficient to already aap ho hi jaate ho dhakke kha kha k 😁😁😁

A night crawler/ night owl 🌑

Sleep around 10:00.

Wake up around 17:00.

Reasons:-

  1. Had done night shifts(BPO) for some time which made my body get accustom to perform at odd times.
  2. While learning how to live a lone wolf life, became a Nyctophile.
  3. I prefer night’s silence over daytime’s hustle-bustle when it comes to choice.
  4. I am most of the time high on caffeine.

Sleep at 10:30 pm... Wake up at 5:00 am

Reason: this is my routine from the last 3 months ..... I have always been a night owl from years and never liked waking up early but due to increasing body fat% I started waking up early and workout daily and to my surprise I am enjoying waking up early feeling the cold breeze watching sunrise listening bird chirping and daily workout is like icing on the cake I feel refreshed whole day no fatigue no stress, in short, it really feels awesome

btw I lost 8 kgs in last 3 months

I was historically an early riser, but for last two month was not able to sleep at my preset biological time. These days I usually sleep at 2 -3 am. But I am feeling anxious as the paper would be from 9 am in the morning.

I was always a Nightbird until now. I start my day at 3:30am and wrap it up by 9:30pm.
What I realised in this change was:
(a) I became more mentally stable - this is something which is needed primarily for studying everyday
(b) by the time it was 10am - I was confident and enthusiastic because I have already done 4-5hrs of deep work and was looking forward to tick my to-do list.
This change is the 2nd good thing that happened to me in 2020.
hoping to continue this habit.
