@Bepop Filling time with non productive activities. You spotted it. YouTube and telegram study channels- I waste lot of time there, with the perception that I am learning new things, which I might have not done earlier. Many a times it happens so, that I get to know a few extra things, but by that time, hell lot of time is spent... and then to pick up a book or move onto optional/magazine---becomes a task in itself. And then when I lag with the schedule, a new plan is made. It's followed for a day or two or three with the intent of completing the lagging portion fast. But doesn't happen, and the pile of incomplete tasks add up and more lag is added. Subsequently, as a result---making of another plan ...and the vicious cycle continues.
So like this, I am pushed back to square one.
