@EiChan iam no expert here, but I would suggest you to compress the notes to revisable format within a few hours.

Also use past questions paper to identify areas of interest, like for eg, medieval India has regional kingdoms, literature, general topics of sultanate as recurring theme, focus on the themes and adjust the content accordingly.

Baki i too have faced same situations, but IF YOU EVER consider changing of optional don't make vastness of syllabus as a criteria, because if u have an interest in the new optional only then smallness of syllabus would come into play. So better judge everything objectively

@EiChan psir is Beauty in case u genuinely want another optional's suggestion because of it's vast overlap with gs2 and big part of international relations where u just have to fill pages with bakar like "china factor" etc

Its pretty basic just that i do some portion control on carbs and add easy sources of protein like sprouts, pulses, etc I do take eggs regularly though and yeah milk is very important for me. Managing macronutrients is not that hard once we learn about them.
