check under Nandas section. To say magadha kings ignored irrigation is an extreme statement and also wrong. Whether it was responsible for rise of the janapada is debatable.

Didn't the sudra varna emerge around the end of the early vedic period and not the vedic period as a whole?
here the explanation itself says the tribal assembly elected the king in some cases and that the king's post was possibly hereditary. How can such ambiguous statements be used to make a definitive 'the king's post was hereditary in nature' statement?
the final statement's explanation says the brahmanas had nothing to do with mysticism, a statement patently wrong.
If these had been factual questions, I'd have let it pass but they're more on the analytical side and relate to basic concepts that might be useful in tests to come. Any weaknesses left unchecked here might hurt future tests too. farejul is ignoring my emails for some reason
