@Najdorf I do not know whether I could you give correct reply but your question is genuine. Keep performing, its too soon for the output. You will gradually know your efficiency when you will be writing most of the tests. I have bookmarked your comment for later SFG se kitne log pre nikalte hai..?when one day you will think how SFG was important in your success :)
