1. Right to vote and get elected ? Legal or constitutional
2. Article 16 provides for equality of opportunity in matters of employment. Is it correct or public employment needs to be mentioned?
3. Q26: How is refusing to give any other job to some caste groups a form of untouchability ?
Please clarify.
1. It’s both but according to PYQ key, it’s Constitutional first.
2. Ar 16 applies to only offices under the State. So it’s public employment only.
3. Restricting them to one job and also refusing another one because of their caste- a form of social disability.
