State is a political organisation not a community of people right? Anyway, i marked B thinking this. Let it be. We will know when we know.

GOT8said

@Admgenalanezh maintain law and order, protect their natural rights and safeguard their means of sustenance === also indicates --- independent of external control orsovereignty

I think so... option A&B both probable

It's hard to predict the answer in this.It could be either A or B.

It depends on the qstn setter.B is more comprehensive ,mix of many definitions given by scholars but A is a definition of state by a single scholar .

So result on 25th?

Insider info ?

I think so

Insights telling around 25th

R u referring to their telegram post ? They have mentioned that last year result was declared in 15 days and assuming that same would be case this time. But last time it took 19 days. I would prefer 25 btw

State wala question me option A and B are verbatim of political theorists.

A is of Garner and B of Bluntschli

Ab i will tell u the problem

In Option A upsc has removed the line where garner says that there has to be ‘ Habitual obedience’ from citizens

in Option B upsc has added on its own ‘ natural rights ‘ and ‘ means of sustenance’

ab dekhlo kaunsa answer hoga

No.option a is given by garner but in option b first part is by blutschli and law and order, natural rights, means of sustenance were definitions of state given by other scholars.its in a nios lesson.

As far as I know law and order was also given by bluntshli. A state has to protect natural rights google me John Locke bol raha hai.. lets see kya hoga

Anyone who writes upsc prelims could get full marks in polity just by reading Nios political science .same with economy, just rbi website as add on.lol,i have not done it though unfrtntly.every single qstn of last 4 years are found verbatim in Nios.laxmikanth and ramesh singh were much harder, longer and bullshit.actually nios is much better then ncert.for some reason no one mentions this and students r running behind bullshit coaching notes

virus cant be cultured in synthetic medium..virus could be cultured artificially but not in a synthetic medium ,one needs a living cell for it to be cultured.
