what do u expect when 6 qstns differ every year compared to coaching bs.6 qstn is a huge difference ,difference between civil service and ifos cutoff.few were due to aspirants trying to make their ans right but most of the disputed qstns r due to coaching idiots makiing wrong keys.this year too it will happen but ironically the answers that differ were one least expects to be a disputed one.

@bhuvanamalar1015412 exactly! but then this is the beauty of this exam that it dands intellect and knowledge and most importantly patience to avoid silly mistakes and no deep research.

yes,i just hate coaching centres scamming people and selling snake oil such as mock test,ca material, what not. and so i rant at them,at first,i loathed upsc for asking stupid sports and history qstns but now i feel its good in a way to curb coaching institutes.sports 365 would come next year and everyone would memorise it but unfrtntly olympics would happen only 5 years once and no qstns would be asked lol.

To get the exact position on State let's file a pil in supreme court and they will refer it to constitutional bench , this way two questions can be checked and who knows they can put the case first to a retired supreme court judge and we may ask the recall questions too ?😂😂

Why in mitakshara question 3rd statement is wrong?no coaching key has answered this.infact in dhayabhaga under special circumstances son could claim right to property before father's death. statement 2 in the qstn too emphasizes the word only but it's not the case 100 percent.

One moron in insights claims he gets 120 marks despite knowing only 35 qstn cause he mastered the art of elimination by giving 100 mocks.thats bullshit especially in this qstn paper.ironically now people will enroll for more mock tests and coaching programs .As long as gullible people fall prey to coaching institutes, these scams would continue

@bhuvanamalar1015412 used same reasoning and marked 3 only.
counting it as wrong (but have a feeling that it might turn out to be right)

Same.i don't understand why it is wrong. Mitakshara does deal with joint hindu family property but only males were coparceners and hold that property.2nd statement is right too generally but in dhayabhaga if a father strays away from dharma or becomes a sanyasin, sons could claim right to property in his lifetime .

https://legodesk.com/legopedia/intestate-succession-and-inheritance-under-hindu-law/ there were two types of succession under mitakshara.only in joint property sons get birth right but in a property acquired by father they don't get birth right .I feel now 2 is certainly wrong .

bro, I think there is a difference between coparcenery rights and property rights in general. And from what I have read, mitakshra allowed a woman to have share when father and sons are distributing the property but not coparcenery rights ( that means she can’t demand for a share ). Moreover statement 3 talks about “ property held by “ and not about the property rights of men and women.

What will be the GM cut off according to you guys.

2 Questions were deleted last time but why are we assuming majority of people would get 4/4 marks in them. Generally on avg there would have been loss of 2 marks..

so in short last year effective cutoff was 94.XX

kindly guess it for this year
