How was the paper guys ?
how is that ? Statement 3 talks aboutproperties held by men and women, it’s not about having share in the property.Let me know if I’m missing any point in that.
Share in the property automatically implies properties held by man and women as women can't be coparceners in mitakshara law.
@bhuvanamalar1015412 In 2018, in this same forum blog, we were all discussing about the toughness and different pattern in the paper compared to previous years. Many were expecting the cutoff to be 90 and not more than that. But in the end the cutoff was 98. Whatever the toughness or difficultly, somehow people will get 90+ through luck or hardwork. Don’t expect cutoff to get below 90 in this competition era and decreasing amount of vacancies. If one is sure of getting less than 85, he/she should relinquish the hopes of clearing pre
In the same forum, people were discussing cutoff to be more than 100 last year and it went down to 92. The thing is everyone is inflating score by taking that key which is giving them maximum marks and then counting those positive which they find it here and there. Remove these 9-10 answers and surely most will come down to below 90. So everyone who is getting 80-100 is safe and unsafe at the same time and should continue studies. 5 questions in your favor and your score will go up by 13 marks from 82 to 95.
True.
@kohliwagBrother... can we add 1. copper smelting as (d) and 2. magnetite as (d) in score as per UPSC PYQ trend and answer key? -- or still these are in doubtful stage
Copper smelting is D…
@BhallaRobertsir.. high chances to get in
Hope so
@balwintejas that’s the case of different. But according to upsc key cutoff will not be less than 90
You really think toughness level of this paper was comparable to last year?some would have thrived in factual paper based on rote learning but most of those types would fail in csat.it could go as low as 85 and not above 87 .66 in my opinion.most of the marks we see here are inflated ones too, that also shld be taken into account.
@bhuvanamalar1015412 Answer keys of all institutes will vary according to upsc key. But we willknow them only next year which no one will cares then
Yes I just say one can't predict his marks for sure now due to that.
@bhuvanamalar1015412 To a large extent, it depends on how you are calculating your scores. If you are getting 106 after considering all controversial questions going your way, you are bound to be disappointed. I was scoring 102 after counting 4-5 controversial questions as negative and ended up clearing IFoS cutoff.
I have not attempted but saw those cmnts and got confused.
