@Equalizer actually wireless transmission option depends up on the interpretation as mentioned before by someone. It's depends upon the interpretation by paper setter.
But another option of meaningful short stories and songs is correct.(if we stop digging to the extent of philosophical writing). Taking in to all these the best option is D.

Preamble do not have any legal effect independently but only being used to test different parts of constitutional provisions with the objectives of preamble.

1. Person himself not prepared well; one of my friend in ips left the paper because due to some reasons not able to prepare well for mains and his only choice left was IAS.
2. Faltu bakar likh k Aaya...dimaag kharab ho Gaya hoga examiner Ka kaat diye saare number.
3. One of my friend who can for preparation in 2016 ; joined pt365 classes at vision for having over view of current affairs and end up clearing prelims . Got marks like 20's, 30's in few paper.
My whole point is that it's not always that upsc awards less marks but also candidates are equally responsible . And for mains we can not generalise it ..

Civil servant goes with the simple, logical and rational points to establish the given statement.
And there is a "silver line" between becoming babu or a civil servant.

But bonus to English seems no -sensical.
And ratio wise English- Hindi would be at max 30:70 ratio. Giving bonus to all would effect those eng med guys who got it correct.

Ground nut Nahi hoga; as it is used for production of edible oil. Biofuel can be generated from ground nuts but edible items are not allowed under the national policy.
@Capedcrusader1 preamble is D . No doubt at all ; you may refer books for that. Might be sunta ma'am is giving wrong answer every year for most obvious questions to remain in news among candidates.
Metadata may get correct if you marked it as "C" as most of the coaching had given B option but none of them had given substantive explanation. As the question itself is not properly framed.

@rafael area batao ab Kitna ho Gaya. I too checked it but didn't got correct data from any website. That is as usual case for all the govt website ; not updated over decades.
During my interview's to prepare for my home state m.p. it's website still shows chattisgarh as part of m.p.😅
@rafael I confirmed it from one of my friend IFoS posted at NSTR. After division too its largest among all.(2600-700sqkm gone to amardabad)=1900 sqkm . That is way ahead of sunderban with 1600sqkm.
