Those who are in perception that Delhi has passed the peak will sooner or later realize the big game played in Delhi.
Delhi was in top 3 one month ago when the Rapid Antigen text was started. Only after this test which was supposed to be used in Red zone /pocket the good numbers are started coming making false perception that infection rate is coming down. The only gold standard test for COVID-19 is RtPcr worldwide. If we again do testing by RtPcr the infection rate might be 10000/day in Delhi.
Rapid Antigen test has very low sensitivity & specificity compare to RtPcr.
Till mid of July around 3L Rapid test was performed in Delhi. 2.85L were came out as negative! Its shocking.
Why the Maharashtra & TN have still exponential rising cases? Because they are still using RtPcr not the Rapid kit.
So we are still having high viral load in Delhi.
Don't fall in trap of Govt

By analysing current rising trend in daily new cases & fatality its highly possible that exam will be postponed as UPSC is a wise body unlike other states /psc. The level of CSE exam is happened every year requires lot of preparation & resource. In the pandemic with no sign of any reprise its unlikely that CSE will be going sooner or later with 8+ lak candidate to conduct exam.
