Can someone please explain 2nd statement properly?

Radio waves have high wavelength meaning that the difference between two consecutive crests/troughs (appearing as Peaks or lows in a general imagined wave) is the greatest wrt to other wave bands of Electromagnetic (EM) Spectrum. If you have ever come across an EM Spectrum (google for the image), you will see that Radiowaves lie at the far end of the spectrum depicting high wavelength.

P.s. if the marking on the image is intended to be the correct answer, then it is a wrong one, correct answer should be ‘B’

Statement 1 is absolutely wrong as there is no presence of ozone in the Ionosphere, (UPSC gave this statement just to confuse us.)
while Radio waves have high wavelength but the official key of UPSC gave D as correct (PYQ 2011, Q-27 Set A)

Maybe it is because of the word ‘very’. Can you please share the official answer key as well?
