@Atp1019 there is no waiver in fees of entrance registration for any aspirants including foundation students of ForumIAS.
@Usharma The program is available in online mode as well as offline mode. It is available in offline mode at three (3) Forum Learning Centres i.e. Delhi, Patna and Hyderabad. While registering for the entrance test, you have the option to choose either online or offline at any of these centres.
