Sociology 2021
How can I prepare Sociology for cse 2021. Which are the best online sources available. Can anyone put their self study strategy here.
P.S. I am a total beginner for this subject.
I don't have Sociology optional but I had an opportunity to talk to someone with this optional way back in 2018. Whoever he was, he was a very honest person and I had agreed with all his advices that he tendered to me regarding GS prep. As regards Socio, he had written somewhere the following:
"I will suggest you don't go for shortcut like videos and notes initially. Else you will always keep feeling something hollow in your prep.First sit and study rigorously standard books and complete syllabus in defined time frame .You can take reference with some notes if u find them good enough but focus on standard sources first.
Notes and videos no matter how exhaustive and good it may be can never substitute your basic thorough reading and especially when you are reading sociology for first time."It's worth noting here that this person had got 296 marks in Sociology in UPSC CSE (Main) 2016.

Gaurav,same here my target is to complete by mid feb or feb end, but bit confused whether to read just concise material of previous topper or make my own notes from ignou plus herlombus and other authentic standard resources, can you help ?
