UPSC form deadline missed! HELP!!!

What option do we have if we haven't filled the form before the deadline or failed to submit it before the deadline as the online application link is no more active ...


Please help , if anyone has been in similar situation!

In the past UPSC has not reopened the link. There have been more than twenty cases in past 10 years on this forum itself where people who have missed IFoS and Civils Mains form filling and have not been allowed to write Maims despite incessant begging before UPSC.
