Why there is no joint sitting for constitutional Amendment bill of Lok sabha and rajya even in the case of deadlock?
1.To prevent the tyranny of the majority( lok sabha)
2..To accommodate voices from the states( Rajya Sabha)
3.To ensure only parliament ,excluding president, is capable enough to amend the constitution,it makes democracy deliberate in nature that is why no ordinance can amend constitution, also president is bounded to give assent to cab
