The Constitution decided Delhi as the seat and it can be changed by the CJI, but only with the approval of the President.

@Breaker_Morantbro head over to vision open test portal and there you can attend pyqs of 2000- 2015 period subject wise. That's the best qsn bank you can have.

Can some tell which all are correct statements below :

TAX BUOYANCY

(i) Ratio of percentage change in tax revenue to percentage change in GDP

(ii) Ratio of change in tax revenue to change in GDP

Consider the following statements regarding Forex Reserves:

(i) The country’s Forex Reserves fully covers the external debt of India

(ii) The country’s Forex Reserves full

In this second statement is wrong or correct ??

@RAGNAROK  since it's ratio of growth rates I don't think taking abosute difference between numbers will be correct.
Foresx reserves as of now fully cover external debt , the coverage ratio is around 101%

""During Cripps Mission (1942), autonomy of Muslim majority provinces was accepted by the leaders. Partition of India was accepted as an inevitable evil because congress failed to integrate Muslims into the nation.""

Someone please explain this statement. When did Cripps mission talk about muslim majority provinces and all?

@sjerngal any province not willing to join the Union could have a separate constitution and form a separate Union. Thus, Muslim majority provinces could be autonomous. Doesn’t say that directly but it’s implied through this provision, that’s my understanding.

Yes, I get that. But Congress rejected this proposal precisely for this reason (along with the Dominion status issue). So why does this statement say that autonomy of Muslim majority provinces was ACCEPTED BY THE LEADERS???

I believe we need to refer to the planetary winds circulation . Development of the various pressure belt system . Now the dynamically induced pressure belt makes descends down near that region making it high pressure region .

Shifting of pressure belt system as ITCZ moves upwards so does the other pressure belt system moves

The exact wordings of the question would be important. Buddhism based on kshanikvada does not believe in soul (it was the only religion of its time to not believe in soul!). However, it talks of transmigration and cycle of birth and death. What transmigrates is a matter of debate even in Buddhism. Most agree upon consciousness.

@Shailputri Gram is chana and when you wash it and breaks it ( into two) it becomes chana dal ( as we do it at home)
