99% candidates rant crap in essay paper and end up getting poor marks. If UPSC decides to give no marks for wrong interpretation, 90% candidates will get ZERO.

How to find out the number of past attempts at CSE?

UPSC maintains a foolproof database of previous attempts of all candidates. There are instances of candidates having been barred from UPSC exams for 10 years for mentioning less no than actual no of attempts. If you are not sure, just mention two. UP...
