Last year while updating otr profile because my name spelling is different in 10th marksheet from other documents I said yes I changed the name but this year they are asking for documents and you could change otr only once so I have no documents it was spelling mistake and need to submit the documents so I submitted adhar card as form could not proceed further, called upsc helpline but they are not answering. I am extremely tensed couldn't study don't know what to do.
