  • Right to VoteNOT a Fundamental Right. It is a constitutional right granted under Article 326, and operationalised through the Representation of the People Act (RPA)→ therefore often referred to as a statutory right with constitutional backing.

  • Right to be Elected→ Also arises from the Constitution and is governed through RPA → hence aconstitutional/statutory right.
