@farejul why is my centre showing West Bengal for tomorrows simulator ?? I gave last 4 simulators from Delhi only. And have no relation with Kolkata. Why is it so ?

@Yavan just check the list given in Lakshmikant. Special majority is needed for the subjects like fundamental rights, DPSP and other provisions ( like preamble ) which are not mentioned in the list of simple majority and in the list of special majority along with the ratification by half of the states.
AS PREAMBLE IS NOT MENTIONED EITHER UNDER SIMPLE MAJORITY LIST AND SPECIAL MAJOR MAJORITY WITH STATE RATIFICATION LIST, IT NEEDS TO BE AMENDED BY NORMAL SPECIAL MAJORITY AS DONE IN CASE OF FR AND DPSD.
