Anthro optional

I have been learning anthro for the past 4 months. If there are anthro optional ppl here, help!

1. how do you make notes? I have read and listened to most of the anthro gyan by toppers, but when I start to write notes, i am confused. 

2. to what extent to depend on topper notes? i have heard toppers who have depended completely on topper notes, added their valued addition, focused on getting the base concrete and ans writing. 

3. i take lecture notes from my anthro class. take notes from online which i find very comprehensible. 

4. when to start ans writing?
